Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Site Manager to lead a large cladding remediation project in Leeds. The 18‑month scheme spans three buildings and will employ up to 80 operatives.

The role focuses on QA using Fieldwire and Procore, plus logistics management, waste handling and material flow, while supervising a team of fixers on site. A strong facades background and SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS are essential.

Qualifications

I am actively looking for a Site Manager to take lead on a cladding project. The project is all cladding remediation. You will be responsible for all QA using software such as Fieldwire and Procore, logistics eg waste management, deliveries and materials etc as well as overseeing a number of fixers on site. At peak will be upto 80 operatives. This is a large scheme compromising of 3 different buildings - 18 months work. Must have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS as a bare minimum. Must have excellent working knowledge of Facades.
