Job summary

Futurebuild Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a major cladding remediation project in Manchester. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, programme, and quality requirements are met on a high-rise residential block.

The project has a value of around £9m, starts in October, and runs for about 90 weeks. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential, with experience on occupied buildings considered a plus.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required.
• Experience delivering cladding remediation, façade or external refurbishment projects, ideally on high-rise residential buildings.
• Experience working on occupied buildings would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site management of the project.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.
• Ensure works meet required quality standards and align with project plans.
• Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and wider project team throughout the scheme.
