Job summary

ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd is recruiting an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new residential development in the Lydney area. The role focuses on managing day-to-day delivery, maintaining safety, programme adherence and quality standards on site.

The ideal candidate will have proven Senior Site Manager experience on residential new-build projects, preferably with timber frame knowledge, and must hold SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential new-build projects.
• Timber frame experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of site health & safety, quality and programme management.
• Able to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• SMSTS and First Aid essential.
