Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy residential project in Ludgershall, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works continue safely and efficiently while the permanent Site Manager is away.

You will coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor progress, manage materials and deliveries, carry out site inspections and uphold RAMS and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Management experience within residential construction.
• SMSTS - Essential.
• CSCS - Essential.
• First Aid - Essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with RAMS and project requirements.
• Monitor progress and maintain the construction programme.
• Coordinate labour, materials and deliveries.
• Carry out site inspections and maintain health and safety standards.
• Deal with day-to-day site issues and liaise with the Project Manager as required.
• Maintain site records, diaries and relevant project documentation.
