Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all administrative aspects of site management, including permits, pre-starts, induction processes, and documentation.

  • Lead the implementation and enforcement of WHS/OHS standards across sites.

  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

  • Coordinate and facilitate toolbox talks, SWMS reviews, and safety meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and site reports.

  • Liaise with subcontractors, internal teams, and regulatory bodies on all matters related to site compliance and safe work practices.

  • Support the construction team with scheduling, procurement coordination, and quality checks.

  • Ensure the correct flow of information between the office and site teams.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or HSEQ Coordinator in the construction industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation, safety systems, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong administrative skills and confidence working with reporting software and documentation tools.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with teams, subcontractors, and regulators.

  • White Card and valid driver's license required.

What We Offer:

  • A structured and safety-first work culture.

  • Office-based role with regular site engagement.

  • Supportive team environment with a focus on professional development.

  • Competitive remuneration package, including vehicle allowance and tools of trade.
