Job Title: Civils Site Manager

Location: Ipswich

Rate: £60k - £65k + Package

Contract Type: Permanent

Sector: Construction

We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to assist our client with various projects based on the outskirts of Ipswich. This role involves managing all day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Civils, including 278 works.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Supervise subcontractors and direct site staff, ensuring high-quality standards.
4. Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
5. Report regularly on project progress, risks, and any issues encountered.

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certification
• Previous proven experience in a similar role
• Civil experience is essential
