A reputable groundworks contractor in Lincoln is seeking a Site Manager to oversee residential and commercial groundwork projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in site management within groundworks or civil engineering and a strong understanding of construction methods and health & safety. This full-time position requires flexibility to travel to multiple sites as necessary. About the Role:
On behalf of our client - a well-established and respected groundworks contractor - we are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a range of residential and commercial groundwork projects.
This is a full-time position based out of Lincoln, with the flexibility to travel to sites across the Midlands and beyond when required.
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of groundwork projects from the ground up - literally. You’ll lead site teams, ensure health & safety standards are met, and keep projects running to time, budget, and specification.
