Job summary

TXM Recruit is working with a world-renowned FM company to expand on-site teams for a commercial project in Leeds. We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee H&S, labour, and M&E packages on site.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. Pay £250-£275 per day (CIS). The role requires a relevant trade background, civils groundwork experience, enhanced DBS, and safety certifications (SMSTS).

Qualifications

• Relevant trade background and civils groundwork experience.
• SMSTS or SMSTS certified (site management safety standard).
• Worded as Enhanced DBS and First-Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both Mechanical and Electrical installation on site.
• Manage Civil & Groundwork labour on site.
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients with progress updates.
• Promote strict Health & Safety rules on site.

We are looking for a manager to oversee the H&S, labour, and M&E packages on site.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee both the Mechanical and Electrical installation on site.
• Manage all Civil & Groundwork labour on site.
• Liaise with key stakeholders and clients including frequent updates on the progress of the project.
• Promote strict Health & Safety rules on site.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.

Pay £250-£275 Per day (CIS).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Relevant trade background (NVQ)
• Experience managing groundwork's and civils projects
• Enhanced DBS
• SMSTS or SMSTS
• First-Aid (desired)
• Temporary works certificate (desired)
