You will lead site teams, manage budgets, and liaise with clients and consultants to deliver on time and within scope. SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid are essential, with a proven track record on commercial developments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
• SMSTS certificate or equivalent.
• CSCS Card (Black or White preferred).
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
