Job summary

Meridian Business Support is seeking a Mechanical Site Manager to lead the mechanical team on 300 new build apartments in Leeds. The role requires 40 hours per week for a 12-month duration, with duties including safety talks, RAMS, site inductions, and coordination with other trades on a busy construction site.

Ideal candidates hold Blue/Gold CSCS and SMSTS, with CIS or PAYE daily pay. This position is on-site in Leeds and will report to the site management team.

Meridian are looking to recruit a Mechanical Site manager to oversea the mechanical team on 300 new build apartments in Leeds. This will be working for a National M&E contractor who work across the UK on various commercial sites both new build and refurbishments.

This role will require:

• Working 40 hours per week
• 12 monthsduration
• Carrying out H&S talks, Rams, Site indutions, Liaisingwith other trades and reporting progress.
• Blue/Gold CSCS and SMSTS Essential
