Job summary

TRIbuild Solutions in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 32-week leisure refurbishment project starting 1 February 2027. You will manage day-to-day site operations and uphold RAMS and health-and-safety standards across the site.

The successful candidate will liaise with the client, coordinate materials and site activities, and ensure the project remains on schedule. Local applicants are preferred, and Procore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification required
• First Aid certification
• Temporary Works Awareness
• Experience reviewing RAMS
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Procore experience advantageous
• CSCS card not essential

TRIbuild Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 32-week leisure refurbishment project in Gainsborough, starting on 1st February 2027.

We are ideally looking for a locally based Site Manager of the project, as supporting local labour is a key priority for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day running of the refurbishment project.

Reviewing RAMS and ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with site requirements.

Overseeing materials management and coordinating site activities.

Managing temporary works requirements and maintaining health and safety standards.

Acting as a key point of contact for the client and maintaining strong working relationships.

Ensuring the project runs efficiently and remains on schedule.

Experience reviewing RAMS

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Experience using Procore would be advantageous.

A CSCS card is not essential for this position.
