Job summary

TriBuild is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 32-week leisure refurbishment project in Gainsborough, starting on 1 February 2027. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure works comply with RAMS and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be locally based, have strong client-facing skills and be proficient with materials management; knowledge of Procore is advantageous, and the role emphasises staying on schedule and delivering quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or equivalent site safety qualification.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and ensuring safety on site.
• Competence in materials management and site coordination.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Procore experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the refurbishment project.
• Review RAMS and ensure works are carried out safely and to site requirements.
• Oversee materials management and coordinate site activities.
• Manage temporary works and maintain health and safety standards.
• Act as a key client contact and maintain strong working relationships.
• Ensure the project runs efficiently and remains on schedule.
