Job summary

Trevett Project Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee roofing works at the headquarters in Epsom, Surrey. You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is on programme, to quality standards and within RAMS requirements.

Procore experience is essential. You will conduct site inductions and toolbox talks, maintain accurate records, and liaise with the Project Manager and wider team.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Management experience.
• Experience managing roofing, refurbishment or similar works an advantage.
• Procore experience is essential.
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work.
• Strong subcontractor management and Health & Safety experience.
• Available to start at short notice.

Location: Epsom, Surrey

Duration: Initial 8 Weeks Potential Long-Term Work

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a national facilities management and engineering services provider, overseeing roofing works at the headquarters of a major global organisation in Epsom, Surrey.

The initial project will involve an 8-week programme managing roof resealing and guttering works, with the potential to progress onto an additional two wings.

The role:

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of roof resealing and guttering works.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Manage RAMS, site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records.
