Job summary

TriBuild is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 32-week leisure refurbishment project in Gainsborough, starting on 1 February 2027. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure works comply with RAMS and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be locally based, have strong client-facing skills and be proficient with materials management; knowledge of Procore is advantageous, and the role emphasises staying on schedule and delivering quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or equivalent site safety qualification.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and ensuring safety on site.
• Competence in materials management and site coordination.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Procore experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the refurbishment project.

Site Manager - Leisure Refurbishment

Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Duration: 32 weeks
Start Date: 1st February 2027

TRIbuild Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 32-week leisure refurbishment project in Gainsborough, starting on 1st February 2027.

We are ideally looking for a locally based Site Manager of the project, as supporting local labour is a key priority for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the refurbishment project.
• Reviewing RAMS and ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with site requirements.
• Overseeing materials management and coordinating site activities.
• Managing temporary works requirements and maintaining health and safety standards.
• Acting as a key point of contact for the client and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Ensuring the project runs efficiently and remains on schedule.
