Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced shopfitting project in Hull. This hands-on role requires managing site activities while also jumping on the tools to keep the programme on track.

You will coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, ensure safety and quality, complete paperwork and inductions, and liaise with the Contracts Manager, client and suppliers. A joinery background is advantageous and SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing shopfitting, retail or commercial fit out projects.
• Hands-on approach with willingness to muck in.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at a minimum.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

We're recruiting for a well-established shopfitting and commercial fit out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality retail refurbishments and interior fit out projects across the UK. Due to a new project in Hull, they're looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fit out from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role. They're looking for someone who's happy to manage the site but also isn't afraid to jump on the tools when needed to help keep the project on programme.
