Job summary

Fawkes and Reece are seeking a Freelance Fitout Site Manager to lead commercial fitout projects in Yorkshire and UK-wide supermarkets. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, report to the Project Manager, and ensure work aligns with programmes and budgets.

The role requires CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and a minimum of five years' experience as a Site Manager, with a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Weekly pay and a flexible day rate are offered on ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fitout projects on a leading UK supermarket – Northwest or UK wide.
• Report directly to the Project Manager.
• Monitor site progress and ensure health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants and client representatives.
• Support commissioning and final handovers.
• Chair and manage daily meetings with client and internal teams.
• Record onsite progress and look aheads.
• Follow H&S guidelines.

We're Hiring: Freelance Fitout Site Manager

What you'll do as a Freelance Fitout Site Manager:

• Oversee fitout projects on a leading UK supermarket - Northwest or UK wide
