Job summary

Blue Water Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential housing works across sites in Hornsea and Beverley. The role offers an immediate start on ongoing housing projects with site leadership responsibilities.

You will manage on-site teams, enforce health and safety standards, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure works meet programme targets and quality requirements. Regular site visits and reporting are expected.

• Housing/residential site management experience required.
• Strong health & safety knowledge.

Responsibilities
