Job summary

Sphere Solutions is recruiting a Site Manager to lead a housing project in Hull on a freelance, ongoing basis. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid, and proven housing site management experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to liaise with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Housing experience preferred.
• Previous site management experience is required.

Rate: £28.54 per hour Umbrella

Hours: 42-45 hours per week

Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work with a key housing client on an ongoing project in Hull.

This is a long-term freelance opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in housing who is confident managing site operations, subcontractors and health & safety.

The Role
