Job summary

The FR Group in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee all on-site operations for a residential housing project. You will manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and site regulations.

Responsibilities include monitoring the build programme, budgets, and deadlines, carrying out quality inspections, and maintaining comprehensive site documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing housing/residential developments.
• SMSTS certification (essential).
• Valid CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred).
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Strong understanding of UK construction and H&S regulations.
