Job summary

F & E Recruitment is seeking an SMSTS Site Manager to lead a commercial project in Hull (HU5), starting 5th October 2026 for a 4‑month duration, at a rate of £350 per day.

You will be responsible for full site management, maintaining H&S standards, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and keeping daily site diaries. Progress reports and staff inductions are also required; a valid SMSTS and CSCS card are essential, and parking is free.
