Job summary

CJS Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and manage labour teams on active construction projects. You will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining project schedules and site organisation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate teams of labourers on site on roofing contracts and other similar trades
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Enforce health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Allocate tasks and provide guidance to site workers
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers as required
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standard
• Report progress, issues, and incidents to management

CJS Recruitment are seeking experienced and reliable Site Managers to oversee day-to-day site operations and manage labour teams on active construction projects The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining project schedules and site organisation.

There is potential for longtermn work on and Commercial and residential construction projects, and more, and other surrounding areas - we are looking for a Site Manager who has experience in both sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate teams of labourers on site on roofing contracts and other similar trades
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Enforce health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Allocate tasks and provide guidance to site workers
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction site supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Perfect understanding of construction health and safety practices
• Ability to read and follow project plans and schedules
• CSCS card and relevant supervision certificates (SSSTS, SMSTS, etc)
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
