The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining project schedules and site organisation.

• CSCS card and supervision certificates (SSSTS, SMSTS, etc)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate small teams of labourers on site.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Allocate tasks and provide guidance to site workers.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers as required.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standard.
• Report progress, issues, and incidents to management.
