Job summary

Delta Personnel Ltd are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a clean water service reservoir project in Guildford. The role involves roof membrane replacement, drainage, excavation, concrete works and associated civils.

Start from 16 November, with 9 hours per day and 45 hours per week. You will manage daily site activities, coordinate labour and plant, oversee health and safety, RAMS, permits and site paperwork, and conduct inductions and toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and CSCS accreditations required.
• First Aid at Work (client can arrange if needed).
• EUSR Water Hygiene (client can arrange if needed).
• Thames Water pass (client can arrange if needed).
• Confined Space qualification (client can arrange if needed).

Responsibilities

• Managing daily site activities and a mix of direct staff and agency operatives.
• Coordinating labour, plant, deliveries and grab lorries.
• Managing health and safety, RAMS, permits and site paperwork.
• Carrying out inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.

Details

• Start: 16 November, or sooner (Will find something for you to do whilst we wait for the project to begin)
• 9 hours paid per day, 45 per week.
• Minimum 6 months, with good potential to stay on for further work.
