Job summary

Delta Personnel Ltd in Knutsford is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a desilting project in a public park. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors, and ensure the work aligns with the programme.

You will conduct site tours for the client and stakeholders, maintain records and health and safety paperwork, and manage works safely within a public environment.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS
• Valid CSCS card
• First Aid certificate (training can be arranged)
• Previous Site Manager experience in civils, water or utilities
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience managing site paperwork and deadlines

Duties include:

• Maintaining site records, reports and health and safety paperwork.
• Managing works safely within a public environment.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS.
• Valid CSCS card.
• First Aid certificate. The client can arrange training if needed.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager within civils, water or utilities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing site paperwork and working to agreed deadlines.

The current works will be reviewed in February 2027. However, there is plenty more work to move on to afterwards if interested.
