Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to deliver works on a water treatment site in Basildon with an immediate start. You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise site teams and subcontractors, and ensure RAMS and health and safety compliance on civil works.

You will liaise with the client and project team, coordinate labour and materials, and drive quality to meet programme timelines. A strong water infrastructure background and full UK driving licence are essential.

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver works on a water treatment site in Basildon, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate must have previous experience working on water treatment or water infrastructure schemes.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Black or Gold CSCS.
• SMSTS.

• Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality procedures.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.
