Job summary

North20 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an 18-week industrial fit-out, delivering new office elements within an occupied industrial unit. You will be the Number 1 on site, responsible for day-to-day delivery and as the main point of contact with the client.

The role requires managing internal partitioning, MEP coordination, subcontractors and programme, while maintaining health and safety in a live environment.

• CSCS Black Card preferred - Gold Card may be considered

• Previous Site Management experience on fit-out/refurbishment projects, particularly office / industrial

Site Manager - Industrial Fit-Out

Site Manager required for an 18-week industrial fit-out project, delivering new office elements within an existing, occupied industrial unit.

You will be the Number 1 Site Manager on site, taking responsibility for day-to-day delivery and acting as the main point of contact with the client.

Scope of Works

• Internal partitioning and office fit-out
• MEP installation and coordination
• Managing subcontractors and programme
• Health & safety management
• Client liaison and regular site updates
• Managing works within a live, occupied environment

As the building will remain operational throughout the project, you will need to be adaptable and solutions-focused, working around access restrictions, operational requirements and other limitations associated with a live site.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills
