You will ensure the premises are safe, clean and well-maintained, with local travel between shifts. Experience in school facilities or caretaking is preferred, and the successful candidate will take ownership of the site.
We are seeking a reliable, proactive and hands:on Site Manager to join a welcoming primary school in Croydon, South London , from ASAP.
As the Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the premises are safe, secure, clean and well:maintained on a daily basis. You will play a key role in ensuring the school is ready for pupils and staff each morning and securely locked and safe at the end of the school day.
This is a split:shift position, with working hours of:
Morning: 6:30am : 11:30am
Afternoon: 3:10pm : 6:10pm
The successful candidate will need to be local to Croydon and able to commit to both parts of the split shift.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, practical and highly organised , with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the premises. Previous experience in a school, facilities, caretaking or site management environment would be highly desirable.
