Gibson Recruitment Limited in Edinburgh is seeking a Site Manager to join a respected main contractor. The role is permanent and based around Edinburgh, with a salary of £50,000-£55,000 plus a vehicle and benefits package. Ref: GR1541.

The successful candidate will manage on-site labour, coordinate Sub Contractors, and ensure safety and quality across projects. Applicants should have a track record delivering fit-out/refurbishment projects for a Main Contractor, with CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid

Formación

• Experience delivering fit-out / refurbishment projects for a similar sized Main Contractor.
• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets.
• Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site.
• Keeping site records and registers up to date.

Job Description

A highly respected building & fit-out contractor with an enviable order book and spread of projects across the central belt of Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager to join a business who have a demonstrable record of developing and promoting from within.

Given the nature of recent project wins, Site Managers from a building background and a purely fit-out background would both be considered. Projects are around Edinburgh, so applicants must be within commuting distance.
