Job summary

Coinford Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day management of groundwork and RC frame projects across South East London. You will oversee the site team, drive programme delivery and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and proven site management experience, with a focus on strong leadership and effective communication. Weekly pay, ongoing project work, and opportunities for further training are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience on groundwork and/or RC frame projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK and relevant safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the site including foremen, engineers, plant and labour
• Ensuring all risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out
• Driving programme delivery - coordinating resources, plant and materials to meet targets
• Maintaining client relationships and representing Coinford professionally on site
• Ensuring the highest standards of H&S and quality are maintained at all times
• Managing sub-contractors and ensuring their performance meets programme requirements
• Producing and maintaining accurate site records and progress reports
• Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1-3 months
