Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to take full ownership of water infrastructure projects in Northern Ireland, including clean and wastewater schemes. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, driving programmes, and reporting progress while ensuring safety and quality on site.

This role offers real long-term development with an established contractor and opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Site Manager experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Civil Engineering degree or relevant qualification required.
• Full UK driving licence and valid site safety cards required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of water infrastructure sites across Northern Ireland.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to hit programme and quality targets.
• Oversee setting out/engineering works from drawings and specs.
• Report progress and ensure safety and quality standards on site.

In this role you will manage day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, building programmes and reporting progress, and ensuring compliance. This role would suit a Site Manager with experience in clean and/or wastewater projects, looking for a role with genuine ownership, strong project exposure and clear long‑term development opportunities.

The Role:

• Day‑to‑day management of water infrastructure sites across Northern Ireland
• Manage subcontractors, labour, plant and materials to hit programme and quality targets
• Oversee setting out / engineering works, working from drawings and specifications
• Monday - Friday

The Person:

• Site Manager experience within wastewater
• Civil Engineering degree or relevant industry qualification
• Full UK driving licence and valid site safety cards
