The role requires coordinating site teams, managing project documentation and driving efficient delivery across Civils/Build projects in the region. A full UK driving licence and 3+ years of site management experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience as Site Manager or in a Project Management role.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Background across Civils, Build, RC, Fit-Out or M&E.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; Full UK driving licence.

We are hiring for our client for a Site Manager to join a growing construction team, first project based in Belfast. This Site Manager role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

The successful Site Manager will play a key role in coordinating site teams, managing project documentation, and driving efficient project delivery across a range of construction projects.
