Job description

Job Title: Site Manager - University Project (Derby)
Start Date: 27th May
Duration: 4 Weeks
Rate: £250 - £300 per day (Umbrella PAYE only)
Location: Derby

We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a university project in Derby, starting Tuesday 27th May for a 4-week contract.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Black or Gold CSCS card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience in finishing and snagging on commercial or education sector projects
• Ability to manage trades, ensure quality standards, and drive works to completion
