My client is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a university campus in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile project, ensuring smooth operations, quality workmanship, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce on-site.

• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting.
