Job summary

Search Consultancy is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join an established project team on a new office fit-out in Dartford (DA1).

The role is on a freelance contract for 8 weeks with a day rate of £260. The ideal candidate will have a Carpentry or Electrical background, with hands-on leadership to oversee the £300k fit-out while upholding strict health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Site Foreman.
• Carpentry or Electrical background (Preferred).
• Valid CSCS card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Own tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support site operations while remaining hands-on.
• Assist with the safe removal of an external steel staircase.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Communicate effectively with the site team and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

WORKING FOREMAN / PROJECT SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: DARTFORD, DA1

CONTRACT DURATION: 8 WEEKS

DAY RATE: £260 PER DAY

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Working Foreman to join an established project team on a new office fit out scheme in Dartford, DA1

The ideal candidate will have a Carpentry or Electrical background and will play a hands-on role in supporting the site team. The primary responsibility will be working alongside the project team and managing a £300k office fit out from start to completion while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
