Job summary

Think Recruitment seeks an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a two-floor office refurbishment in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will manage daily on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works stay on programme while upholding health and safety standards.

You will liaise with the client and project team to maintain quality control and accurate records, reporting progress throughout the project duration of six weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work.
• Experience managing commercial office refurbishments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Available to start ASAP.
