Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd in Dartford is hiring a Site Manager for a brand-new external project covering roofing, scaffolding, and window/door replacements on SHDF refurbishments. You will oversee on-site activities across multiple sites, coordinating operatives and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with planned maintenance and SHDF refurbishment, CSCS and SMSTS, a valid First Aid certificate, and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on internal/external planned works (desirable).
• SHDF refurbishment experience required.
• First Aid certificate (in date) needed.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for daily on-site activities and management of operatives and sub-contractors.
• Identify and implement client critical success factors for the project.
• Ensure quality and programme standards are delivered with no post-completion defects.

Maintenance Contractor - SHDF

Company:
A well-established, Tier 1, fast paced and ambitious construction, and maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients.

Role:
The role is on a brand-new contract which involves a working on a planned externals project also covering roofing, scaffolding and Window/Door replacements, full retrofit/decarbonisation work. As Site Manager, you will manage and control on site activities the course of this project, which is external and planned work. The work will be on sites across Dartford. The work will be all SHDF/Retrofit projects.

This will involve:

• Accountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors
• Identifying, reviewing and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project
• Ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects.
• Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are always maintained.
• Ensuring project delivery plan is followed to cost and time frame expectations.

Site Managers play a vital role in the successful delivery of these refurbishment works.
Key Experience needed:

• Previous experience with Internal/External planned works. Minimum 5 years' experience is also desirable.
• Planned Maintenance and SHDF refurbishment experience required.
• In date First Aid certificate is needed.
• Construction-related NVQ / HNC Level 4 and above. Gold CSCS Card required.
• Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
• Sound knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements
• Full UK driving license
• Membership of or working towards RICS/MCIOB would be advantageous.
