Job summary

Linsco seeks an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a new build housing development in Keresley, Coventry, CV6 for an immediate start. You will oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure continuity and safety while on site.

Key duties include coordinating sub-contractors, conducting inductions and toolbox talks, reporting progress to senior management, and maintaining site documentation. SMSTS and First Aid certification are required, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
