Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee joinery and fit-out installation works on a Corby project. You will supervise operatives, coordinate site activities and ensure works are completed to a high standard and on schedule.

The role requires a strong background in joinery, fit-out or installation projects, with CSCS card and supervisory qualifications where required. Immediate start and contract duration of 8–10 weeks.

• Experience as a working foreman or supervisor on joinery/fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination of installation teams.
• Solid health and safety knowledge and practices.

Working Foreman – Joinery / Fit-Out

Location: Corby
Rate: £260 per day
Duration: 8–10 weeks
Start: Novemeber 2nd

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and assist with installation works on a project in Corby.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in joinery, commercial fit-out or installation works, with the ability to supervise operatives, coordinate site activities and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong background in joinery, fit-out or installation projects.
• Good knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Relevant CSCS card and supervisory qualifications where required.
