Job summary

An experienced Working Foreman is needed to oversee joinery and fit-out installation works on a site in Corby. The role requires supervising operatives, coordinating on-site activities and ensuring quality and safety on time.

The project offers a day rate of £260 for 8–10 weeks with start on November 2nd. Applicants should have a strong background in joinery or commercial fit-out and hold a CSCS card and supervisory qualifications where required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman or supervisor on joinery/fit-out projects.
• Strong background in joinery, commercial fit-out or installation works.
• Solid knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to high workmanship standards.
• CSCS card and supervisory qualifications where required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating installation teams on site.
• Assisting with joinery and fit-out installation works where required.
• Ensuring work is completed to the required quality and programme.
• Coordinating materials, labour and day-to-day site activities.
• Maintaining health and safety standards.
• Liaising with the site management team and reporting on progress.
