Job summary

Fawkes and Reece in London is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead fast-paced commercial fit-out projects up to £10m, delivering on time and to the highest standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage logistics on live sites, and uphold health and safety while aligning with programme, budget, and client expectations. SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid are required and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out/refurbishment.
• Track record delivering projects up to £10m.
• Strong understanding of programme management and sequencing.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety and site compliance.
• Ability to manage logistics and multiple subcontract trades effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through to handover.
• Driving programme and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
