We're working with an established and highly respected construction and fit-out contractor with over 30 years of industry experience. They deliver complex, technically demanding projects across the UK, working across specialist commercial and operational environments where quality, safety and coordination are critical. They are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a major project in Stansted. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of project delivery, managing the site team, coordinating subcontractors and making sure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
As Site Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the site, working closely with the Project Manager, commercial team, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across health and safety, quality, programme and site coordination, while ensuring works are progressing efficiently and in line with project requirements.
