Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major commercial office fit-out in Hertfordshire. The role focuses on managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety, quality, and programme delivery on site.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in commercial fit-out projects, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to lead site teams while adhering to health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out.
• Proven experience seeing projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of commercial office fit-out projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are desirable/required.
• Professional, proactive and confident in managing a busy site environment.
