Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 construction contractor on a permanent basis in South Wales. You will deliver commercial construction projects across Wales, with values up to £20 million.

You will manage day-to-day site delivery, lead site teams and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality and budget adherence, and coordinate with clients and the project team to handover completed works.

Qualifications

• Experience managing subcontractors, labour and suppliers.
• Knowledge of construction programmes, drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CSCS card.
• SMSTS.
• Full UK driving licence.
• First Aid at Work certificate.

Responsibilities

The Role
