Involve Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager on a permanent basis for our client, a main contractor, for a long-term scheme based in Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience, preferably from a main contractor background, and be confident managing commercial refurbishments, extensions, and multi-storey builds. This role is based in Cardiff; local knowledge of the landscape and trades is essential, and relocation is not required.

You will be hands-on, organized, and personable, capable of keeping a site running smoothly and safely, and working closely with our team and clients.

What We're Looking For:
