Job summary

Frontline Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a school refurbishment project in Bristol (BS2 8BE). The role involves coordinating M&E and finishing packages, managing the day-to-day site operations and ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The project offers £220–£230 per day and runs from 3 August 2026 to 6 September 2026, with potential for future opportunities depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• SMSTS required.
• First Aid at Work required.
• CSCS Card required.
• Previous experience managing refurbishment or internal fit-out projects.
• Experience coordinating M&E and finishing packages.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Manage site logistics and material deliveries.
• Maintain excellent health & safety standards throughout the project.
• Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors.

Frontline Construction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for an established contractor delivering an internal refurbishment project at a school in Bristol (BS2 8BE).

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with experience coordinating finishing trades and delivering high-quality refurbishment projects safely and on programme.

• Internal finishing works

• Flooring
• Decorating
• Coordination of multiple finishing trades
