Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for an 8-week live school refurbishment project in Bromley. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating decorating, flooring and general builder works to ensure works are delivered on programme and to a high standard.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven refurbishment site management experience on occupied buildings.

Job description

Cobalt Recruitment is working with a leading refurbishment contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a live school refurbishment project in Bromley for an 8 week duration.

This is an 8-week contract overseeing refurbishment works across a multi-storey building, including decorating, flooring and general builders' works. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Requirements

• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Enhanced DBS (essential).
• Previous refurbishment experience, ideally within education or occupied buildings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
