Job summary

Frontline Construction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a ground-up school extension in Ashford, Kent (TN27 8AL). The role covers groundworks through to internal finishing, in a live school environment, ensuring safety and programme adherence.

The ideal candidate will have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and an enhanced DBS, with a proven track record managing education environment projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project from start through to practical completion.
• Oversee groundworks, structural works and all internal finishing packages.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour throughout each phase of the build.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
• Manage site logistics, materials and deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance.
• Liaise with the client, design team and subcontractors.
• Keep accurate site records and provide regular progress updates.

Pay: £220 – £230 per day

Frontline Construction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for an established contractor delivering a ground‑up extension project at a school in Ashford, Kent (TN27 8AL).

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering new build and extension projects from groundworks through to final handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest standard within a live education environment.

• Ground-up school extension
