Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Site Manager for a brand new apartment development in Bolton. You will lead the management of 3 blocks of low-rise residential build, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring on-site performance to meet NHBC standards.

Reporting to a Project Manager, you will drive planning, safety, quality and progress meetings, delivering high build standards while controlling risks and maintaining programme fidelity on a fast-growing regional site.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of Site Management on new build residential projects.
• Experience delivering sites from ground to handover.
• NHBC standards knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors on 3 blocks of low-rise apartments.
• Carry out progress meetings and report to Project Manager.
• Maintain high levels of build standards, health & safety and quality.
• Manage planning and risk to ensure on-time delivery.

Job description

Are you a new build residential Site Manager interested in joining a leading quality developer on a brand new apartment development in Bolton?

There is an exciting new opportunity to join a fast growing regional developer that specialise in the construction of mixed use residential developments in the North West region. You will be responsible for the management of 3 blocks of low rise apartments on a large residential development. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors, carrying out progress meetings, maintaining high levels of build standards, health & safety and quality.

This is a leading developer than can offer excellent career progression in to Project Management with an impressive pipeline of developments for the forthcoming years.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record of Site Management with a new build housebuilder or residential developer
• Experience of managing sites from out of the ground through to completion & handover

• Either academically Qualified BSc Construction Management or HND/HNC or equivalent or solid trade background and relevant industry tickets and certificates.

• Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ and meeting NHBC standards
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

Salary & Package on offer:
