Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a new build residential Site Manager to oversee three blocks of low rise apartments in Bolton. You will manage subcontractors, run progress meetings, and uphold build standards with strict health & safety and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of Site Management with a new build housebuilder or residential developer.
• Experience of managing sites from out of the ground through to completion & handover.
• Academic qualification or solid trade background with relevant industry tickets/certificates.
• Track record of delivering high standards and NHBC compliance.
• Excellent planning and time management skills with ability to think ahead and manage risk.

Are you a new build residential Site Manager interested in joining a leading quality developer on a brand new apartment development in Bolton?

There is an exciting new opportunity to join a fast growing regional developer that specialise in the construction of mixed use residential developments in the North West region. You will be responsible for the management of 3 blocks of low rise apartments on a large residential development. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors, carrying out progress meetings, maintaining high levels of build standards, health & safety and quality.

This is a leading developer than can offer excellent career progression in to Project Management with an impressive pipeline of developments for the forthcoming years.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record of Site Management with a new build housebuilder or residential developer
• Experience of managing sites from out of the ground through to completion & handover
• Either academically Qualified BSc Construction Management or HND/HNC or equivalent or solid trade background and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
• Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ and meeting NHBC standards
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

Salary & Package on offer:
