Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates is recruiting for a Site Maintenance role at our Preston site, responsible for the upkeep of a busy manufacturing unit.

You will report to the Technical Director and carry out building, groundworks and general maintenance tasks across the site, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

The role offers a structured 38-hour week, with a focus on hands-on maintenance, contractor liaison, and materials procurement to keep production on track.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in site maintenance tasks across building, groundworks and general upkeep.
• Full driving licence held with ability to travel for procurement or contractor liaison.
• Proactive, detail-focused and health & safety conscious in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair brick walls, pointing, brick replacement and re-bedding on the factory.
• Carry out groundworks, roofing and guttering repairs, flooring maintenance.
• Build internal structures and render, paint and plumbing tasks.
• Procure materials and liaise with suppliers and third-party contractors.
• Support day-to-day maintenance across the busy site.
